The Seven Pillars of Wisdom.
Wisdom has built her house, she has hewn out her seven pillars. Pro 9:1
FEAR of the LORD
Behold, the fear of the LORD, that is wisdom. Job 28:28a
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom; A good understanding have all those who do His commandments. His praise endures forever. Psa 111:10
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, But fools despise wisdom and instruction. Pro 1:7
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom. Pro 9:10a
Knowledge of the Holy One, which is TRUTH
And the knowledge of the Holy One is understanding. Pro 9:10b
The simple inherit folly, but the prudent are crowned with knowledge. Pro 14:18
The lips of the wise disperse knowledge, but the heart of the fool does not do so. Pro 15:7
RIGHTEOUSNESS
And to depart from evil is understanding. Job 28:28b
He stores up sound wisdom for the upright; He is a shield to those who walk uprightly. Pro 2:7
The mouth of the righteous brings forth wisdom, but the perverse tongue will be cut out. Pro 10:31
A wise man fears and departs from evil, but a fool rages and is self-confident. Pro 14:16
Receives instruction to increase in wisdom, which is HUMILITY
My son, if you receive my words, and treasure my commands within you, so that you incline your ear to wisdom, and apply your heart to understanding; yes, if you cry out for discernment, and lift up your voice for understanding, if you seek her as silver, and search for her as for hidden treasures; then you will understand the fear of the LORD, and find the knowledge of God. Pro 2:1-5
The wise in heart will receive commands, but a prating fool will fall. Pro 10:8
When pride comes, then comes shame; but with the humble is wisdom. Pro 11:2
Cease listening to instruction, my son, and you will stray from the words of knowledge. Pro 19:27
A wise son heeds his father’s instruction, but a scoffer does not listen to rebuke. Pro 13:1
The wise man knows he knows nothing, but every word of God is pure. Pro 30:1-6 {p}
LOVE
He who is devoid of wisdom despises his neighbor. Pro 11:12a
HONOR
The wise woman builds her house, but the foolish pulls it down with her hands. Pro 14:1
(For the woman who fears the LORD) Strength and honor are her clothing; she shall rejoice in time to come. Pro 31:25
GRATITUDE
Because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Rom 1:21
Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God. Col 3:16
