1 head garlic, roasted

One recipe pizza dough makes two crusts. Whisk roasted garlic into olive oil. Layer on the unbaked crust, the garlic olive oil, cheeses, and basil. Bake at 500 for 10-12 minutes, or until crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
