Rom 8:1-39 chiastic structure:
1a) Rom 8:1a, There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus;
1b) Rom 8:1b-13, We who walk not according to the flesh but according to the Spirit;
1a) Rom 8:1b-4, We do not walk according to the flesh but according to the Spirit;

1c) Rom 8:14-21, We are the adopted sons of God/ the creation, subjected in hope, eagerly waits for our revelation;
1a) Rom 8:14-17a, We are the adopted sons of God, the Spirit bearing witness that we are the children of God;
1b) Rom 8:17b, If indeed we suffer with Him, that we may also be glorified together;
2b) Rom 8:18, The sufferings of the present are not comparable with the glory which shall be revealed in us;
2a) Rom 8:19-21, The creation eagerly waits for the sons of God to be revealed/ in hope redeemed with the children of God;
1d) Rom 8:22, For we know that the whole creation groans + labors with birth pangs together until now;

2d) Rom 8:23b, Even we ourselves groan within ourselves;
2c) Rom 8:23c-25, We eagerly wait for our adoption, the redemption of our body/ saved in this hope;

1b) Rom 8:24a, For we were saved in this hope;
2b) Rom 8:24b-25a, Hope that is seen is not hope/ If we hope for what we do not see;
2a) Rom 8:25b, We eagerly wait for it with perseverance;
2b) Rom 8:26-27, The Spirit helps our weaknesses;
1a) Rom 8:26a, The Spirit helps in our weaknesses/ we do not know how to pray as we ought;
1b) Rom 8:26b, But the Spirit Himself makes intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered;
central axis) Rom 8:27a, Now He who searches the hearts knows what the mind of the Spirit is;
2b) Rom 8:27b, Because He makes intercession for the saints;
2a) Rom 8:27c, According to the will of God;
2a) Rom 8:28-39, God is for us – who is against us? It is God who justifies; who is he who condemns?
1a) Rom 8:28a, We know that all things work together for good to those who love God;
1b) Rom 8:28b-30, Those who are the called, He foreknew, predestined, justified, glorified;
1a) Rom 8:28b, To those who are the called according to His purpose;
1b) Rom 8:29a, For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son;

2b) Rom 8:30a, Moreover whom He predestined;

2a) Rom 8:35-39, All things cannot separate us from the love of the God who loves us;
1a) Rom 8:35a, Who shall separate us from the love of Christ?
1b) Rom 8:35b, Shall tribulation, distress, persecution, famine, nakedness, peril, or sword?
1c) Rom 8:36, As it is written: “For Your sake we are killed all day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter;”
2c) Rom 8:37, Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us;
2b) Rom 8:38-39a, Neither death, life, angels, principalities, things present or future, height, depth, nor created thing;
2a) Rom 8:39b, Shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
