1 recipe sour cream sweet roll dough
4 T butter, melted
2/3 c sugar
grated peel of 1 orange
3/4 c coconut
After the dough has risen all night in the refrigerator, roll out on a lightly floured surface to a rectangle of 1/2″ thickness. Brush with melted butter. Combine sugar and orange peel, sprinkle evenly over dough. Sprinkle coconut evenly over dough, pressing in lightly. Roll up the dough lengthwise and seal lengthwise edge. Slice into 12 equal slices. Place cut side down on greased baking sheet. Brush tops with remaining melted butter. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled. Bake at 350 for 12-15 minutes. Glaze with orange glaze when cool. Makes 12.
Combine 1/2 c each sugar and sour cream with 1/4 c each orange juice and butter in saucepan; stir until sugar dissolves. Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
