1 c coconut milk
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch black pepper
1 tsp local, raw honey
Mix milk with spices in a small saucepan and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until fragrant. Pour through a fine sieve into a mug and stir in the honey, if using. Drink while hot!
