Rinse chicken and pat dry. Place in crock pot. Combine sauce ingredients, and pour over the chicken. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Or, wrap chicken and sauce in an airtight foil packet, and bake at 275 for 5 hours. Uncover the last 20 minutes of baking to let the chicken skin crisp.
Gluten restrictions: use Thai Kitchen fish sauce instead of worcestershire sauce.
