1 whole chicken, roasted, deboned, and cut into bite- sized pieces
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can water
1 7 oz can roasted green chiles, diced
1 lb cheddar or jack cheese, grated
6-8 flour tortillas, torn into bite- sized pieces
Combine well and turn into a greased 9×13 baking dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until bubbly and browning on top.
