4-5 lbs beef roast

Use the toughest, cheapest beef roast you can find. Slice the beef roast into 1-1/2″ thick slices. Marinate the beef overnight in the refrigerator. In the morning, place the beef and all the marinade in the crock pot, and cook on low all day. Cooking will cause the sauce to thicken and turn into a beautiful, tropical barbeque sauce. Shred the beef (it will be falling apart) and serve on sandwiches.
